Creating VOD Livestream

Creating a VOD livestream is not a real-time livestream but a function for streaming a Replay VOD, which was converted after the livestream ended, or an Upload VOD in a livestream format.

It is the same as livestream except that the host does not host the livestream in real-time. If there is a chat administrator at the time of streaming a VOD livestream, a real-time chat with viewers is possible.
