Prism Live Studio
In addition to the mobile app, Mobidoo supports livestreaming through a combination of RTMP-based PC software and a camera.
Check the streaming network environment to host a livestream in advance and use the most stable network (e.g., Wired, Wi-Fi, etc.)
Streaming live with Prism Live Studio
- When hosting a livestream through Prism Live Studio, keep in mind that the livestream starts immediately.
- If streaming does not start for 30 minutes after the scheduled live time, the system determines it as canceled and you can no longer host the livestream with that information. Copy the stream table to create a new livestream.
Viewing Streaming Information in Saucelive
You can view the streaming information in Saucelive Admin. Copy the information and use it for streaming in Prism Live Studio.
- View the Stream URL and Stream Key in Liveconsole > Side Bar > Transmission Information.
- You can also view the Stream URL and Stream Key in Content > Livestream > Title > Details Screen > Streaming Information > Transmission Information Popup window.
The display time of the information changes according to the scheduled livestream time. By default, it is created 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
You can copy and use the streaming information when the status is set to Stream Standby in Analysis > Livestream, and you must click the Start Livestream button in the streaming program.
If you stream when the status is not Stream Standby, streaming may not be performed normally because the system is not ready. In this case, pause Prism Live Studio streaming for about 1 minute and restart streaming.
Setting Livestream URL
STEP 1. Run the Prism Live Studio program.
Step 2. Select User Input for the URL inAdd RTMP Channel (✏ ️)> Custom RTMPfrom the Select Channel on the top.
Step 3. Paste the Stream Key of the scheduled livestream copied from Saucelive Admin above into the Stream Key field.
Setting Output
STEP 1.Select Settings Icon > Output tab on the bottom right.
Step 2. Check and enter the settings in the table below in ① and ② on the screen.

Check and enter the appropriate settings for the livestream type, such as portrait mode and landscape mode.
STEP 3. Select Advanced for the output method, and check and enter the setting values for each item below.
① Incoder: x264 (Check ✔ Force apply stream service encoder settings.)
② Rate Control: CBR or VBR
If the streaming resolution is more important, VBR is recommended.
③ Bitrate: Enter the bitrate value as below according to the Internet upload speed. Check Internet Speed
- Upload speed of 20 Mbps or more (High definition or 1080p streaming possible) 4,000 kbps
- Upload speed of 15 Mbps or more (Recommended streaming resolution possible) 2,500 kbps
- Upload speed of 10 Mbps or more (Low definition streaming possible) 1,500 kbps
④ Keyframe Interval: 1
⑤ Low-Latency setting: Set the following values for the item 5 in the image above to set low latency.
- CPU usage: ultrafast
- Profile: main
- adjustment: zerolatency
What is Low Latency?
It is a technology for reducing the streaming time difference between the streaming program and the player.
Mobidoo developed low latency technology, and using this function allows streaming with low latency.
⑥x264 Settings (Separated by blanks): Copy and paste the encoding settings parameter below according to the upload speed.

Setting Other Items
- Using the default values is recommended for settings that are not mentioned above.
- You can use the Prism Live Studio settings that have been tested and verified according to the opinions of experts. (Check in advance to use separate settings.)
- For streaming in landscape mode, changing the video settings to 1280 x 720 is required.
- For streaming in landscape mode, setting the background color to grey instead of black is recommended.
Starting Livestream
When the Livestream Status is Stream Standby, click Start Livestream in Prism Live Studio.
You can check the Livestream Status in Analysis > Livestream
If you stream when the status is not Stream Standby, the livestream does not connect properly. Make sure to check the Livestream Status.
Keep in mind that the livestream starts immediately after clicking Start Livestream.
Ending Livestream
To end the livestream, click the Finish button.
You need to end the livestream in Saucelive Admin as well to properly end and automatically convert the livestream to VOD.
Click End Livestream button at the top right in Liveconsole of the livestream.
