Dashboard
You can view various statistical indicators about all livestreams and VODs.
Current Status
Check Saucelive Admin Site > Analysis > Dashboard.
You can view the current status of all livestreams and VODs at the top. If you set a specific period, you can view the statistical status for the set period.
① Live
- Approval Standby: The number of livestreams that require approval from the Service Administrator or Service Manager after scheduling.
- Streaming Scheduleded: The number of livestreams scheduled for today.
- On Air: The number of livestreams on air.
- Normal/Abnormal: The number of normal/abnormal streaming of the current livestream.
② VOD
- Total VOD registered: The total number of currently registered VODs.
- Approval Standby: The number of VODs that require approval from the Service Administrator or Service Manager for public release when a new VOD is registered.
- End exhibition: The number of VODs that are no longer exhibited and not currently open to users.
- Normal/Abnormal: The number of normal/abnormal streaming of VODs that are currently being exhibited and streamed.
Analysis
① Analysis
- You can check the view counts (PV), accumulated view counts, unique viewers, product clicks, and viewing time (seconds) for the set period in Dashboard.
- Data can be classified into All, Livestream data, and VOD data and viewed in line graphs.
② Content Information
Selecting each tab redirects you to the line graph of the analysis, and clicking each content redirects you to the Detailed Analysis page.
Active Users
Select Monthly Active Users (MAU), Weekly Active Users (WAU), and Daily Active Users (DAU) to compare the viewer inbound performance by period.
Demographics
① Classification
Classify the content into Livestream, VOD, or All to view demographics data.
② Total Viewers
Total inbound viewers during the period set as the search condition at the top. This includes both members and non-members.
③ Member Viewers
The number of inbound members during the period set as the search condition at the top.
④ Non-member Viewers
The number of inbound non-members during the period set as the search condition at the top.
⑤ View Count
Total inbound view counts during the period set as the search condition at the top.
⑥ Age Group Statistics
You can view the age group by viewer and total view count. If you move your mouse over the bar graph, you can see detailed total viewer count or total view count.
⑦ Gender Statistics Ratio
The ratio and number of male and female visitors by viewer count and total view count.
⑧ Member/Non-member and OS Statistics
You can view the number of members/non-members by total viewer count (UV) and total view count (PV), and the ratio of OS used for access.
Click&Sales and other statistics
① Click & Sales
Shows a summary of product clicks and click rate. A click rate is the ratio of people among visitors who actually clicked the product during the set period.
- You can view the increase and decrease status of click count and rate through the comparison date settings function in Dashboard.
② Click Count and Ranking
You can view the top rankings of livestreams for the set period.
- All: You can view the ranking of all contents with high click counts or by each main category.
- All, Livestream, VOD: You can view the ranking of the content with high click counts for livestream, VOD, or all.
③ Additional Status Information
- You can view comments, like counts, chat counts, and reports submitted counts of the set period by classifying them into all, livestream, and VOD.
- However, only the chat data is provided for livestream, and only the comment data is provided for VOD.
- The content displayed for each item is the top content in terms of comments, like counts, chat counts, and reports submitted counts.
- You can view the most recent comments and reports with the NOW badge in the Report item.
④ Ranking
You can view ranking information according to the view counts, product clicks, and chat counts during the set period in Dashboard.
⑤ Popular Products
You can view ranking information of products with the highest product clicks during the set period in Dashboard, and livestreams or VODs that feature these products.
You can also view data according to the Brand or Soho status updated when the product was registered.
Payment Statistics and Viewing Data
① Live Statistics
Provides the number of livestreams streamed during the set period in Dashboard and information for each member attribute.
View Time / Traffic
You can view the streaming time and traffic information of livestreams and VODs streamed during the set period in Dashboard.
② Average
Provides average livestream information for the set period in Dashboard.
- Average Viewing Time:Provides the average viewing time of livestreams and VODs of all viewers.
- Average Click Duration: Provides the average time taken for viewers to click the product for the first time since they started viewing the livestream.
- Average Product Clicks: Provides the average clicks of the product linked with each content.
③ Content Category Ratio
Provides information about top 5 categories of the registered livestreams and VODs.
④ Product Category Ratio
Provides information about the categories of the registered products.
⑤ Popular Hashtags
Provides ranking information of hashtags entered when registering livestreams and VODs
- Provides information about registered hashtags in the order of popularity.
- You can search hashtags that are not in the ranking through the Search function.
- Click the hashtag to view the registration status of the hashtag for a specific period through the line graph.
⑥ Payment Statistics
Provides the information related to the payment amount, product quantity, and order quantity if the purchase has been made through the livestream or VOD.
- You can view payment information by order date separately for livestreams and VODs.
- The total payment amount for the set period in the top of the Dashboard is displayed on the right.
⑦ Payment Statistics by Product
Displays the payment amount and order count by product.
