Only the Service Administrator account can view FC data.

Setting FC Data

To set the FC link, add ?fc=random medium name to the created Stream URL. The partner can use the URL by entering a separate medium name to distinguish inbound customers for each medium.

For example, you can view the data of customers accessed through Kakao by entering https://sflex.us/bMnZRdE?fc=kakao.


Viewing FC Data

Click the title of the stream you want to view data in Saucelive Admin Site > Analysis > Livestream or VOD.

Click the FC Analysis button at the very bottom of the screen.

You can view the data screen as below and download all data as an Excel file if you want.

You can view detailed data of viewers according to the inbound channel. The top 10 data are provided.

You can view viewer count, view count, banner clicks, product clicks, chat count, like counts, total viewing time (min), average viewing time (min), order quantity, product quantity, and total payment amount.

β‘‘ FC Gender & Age Group Analysis

You can view data related to the gender and age of viewers according to the inbound channel. The top 10 data are provided.

β‘’ Time Series Analysis by FC

You can view data by time (10 minutes) according to the inbound channel.
