Delete already registered payment history information.
Cancellation of payment tracking is applied when canceling the purchase history of the product after registration of payment tracking and the payment tracking information is deleted from Saucelive.
It is deleted based on orderCallBackId and must include the values orderId and payCancelTime used during registration.
